Session 8

Styling

In this class we were making self-portraits which is more like experimenting. In addition to that, we had to considered about lighting, props, angle, movement and products in the images for the direction of the editorial. I was very excited for this session to come.

I did everything by myself as usual, thus it was challenging to shot several outfits, edited and combined the photos together in an hour. However, I really enjoyed styling myself and finding different angles and spaces in my tiny room. I tried to fit myself into a suitcase and I also tried to play with an umbrella and the mirror. Even though the outcomes were quite nice and variety, I still can improve more by using more props and playing with the light and shadow.
